1 Shipping Methods

The products will be delivered by S.F. Express to the address stated on your order information or your selected S.F. Express Stores for your collection.

 

Expect delivery at least 7-14 business days from your order date.

 

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan:

Free shipping on orders over HK$500. 

 

Singapore & Malaysia:

Free shipping on orders over HK$800. 

 

Other locations:

Free shipping on orders over HK$1,200. 

 

 2 Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Please check with your country’s tariff regulations.

We ship your package DDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid). Thus, we only calculate product price during checkout.

All applicable customs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).

Customs authorities have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Product price do not include custom or tax (including VAT). You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
