Refund policy
- Please be mindful that all items are non-refundable.
- Due to hygiene standards/requirements, exchange DOES NOT apply on yoga bra, underwear and swimwear (top & bottom) unless deemed faulty.
- If your purchased items are out of stock, you may exchange for other items within the purchasing amount. We will refund if the items are sold out, but please kindly send back the items first.
- Refund will be processed within 14 days if necessary (please be aware of any currency exchange and bank charges).
- You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
- Exchange does not apply on damaged and discounted items.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Please carefully compare the size on our site and your usual worn size.
- We shall deal with any discrepancies in the following manner, provided they are reported to us within 7 days of delivery via Contact Us on our website.
